1976 Corvette Stingray with 65,000mls runs fantastic

What can I say other than this car is so funky it's cool! This is not the type of car we usually buy but it runs and drives very well, everything works properly and the retro gold stripes and big mag wheels just pushed us over the edge.

This is a Tennessee car from new. For several years it belonged to a good looking high school teacher. The previous owner was one of her students and he said when she would pull into the parking lot in her awesome Vette all of the high school boys would just stare and smile. I can hear Van Halen's "Hot for Teacher" can't you?

The 350 V8 starts up quickly and sounds great through the period correct side pipes. Engine response is good, steering is tight and brakes are linear. All in all a very good driving unrestored Corvette.

Cosmetically the 40 year old paint and interior are starting to get a little tired. The paint is thin in places but the body is still sound. The interior is not too bad considering his age but definitely needs a little cleaning and tidying up.

If you are looking for an inexpensive classic Corvette with loads of personality and good mechanicals then this is the ride for you. There are plenty of red Corvettes out there but you can be the only one with a metallic brown one with massive custom gold stripes and moonroof T-tops!
